By accessing mojokoe.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply together with MOJOKOE's Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Warranty Policy.
1. About the service
MOJOKOE provides information and sells sleep essentials, bedding, and related products. We may update site features, collections, prices, and content from time to time without reducing rights relating to orders we have already accepted.
2. Accounts and customer information
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and providing accurate names, contact details, addresses, and order information. Contact us promptly if there is unauthorised account use or incorrect information.
3. Product information
We aim to display descriptions, dimensions, composition, photographs, and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screens, lighting, and fabric batch characteristics. Textile product dimensions may have reasonable tolerances according to their construction. If important information changes after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Colours, patterns, and custom products
For products with colour or pattern choices, please make sure the variant shown in your order summary is correct. Custom, pre-order, or personalised products enter production after the specifications are confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order is a purchase request until payment is verified and MOJOKOE confirms processing. We may reject or cancel an order due to stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, address issues, or legal reasons. If payment has been received for an order we cancel, the funds will be refunded through an available method.
6. Prices, promotions, and payments
Prices are shown in Rupiah unless stated otherwise. Discounts, vouchers, gifts, and promotions are subject to the periods, quotas, products, minimum transaction amounts, and conditions displayed. Payments are processed by the providers available at checkout and may be subject to those providers' security checks.
7. Shipping
Processing times and courier estimates follow the Shipping Policy. Estimates do not guarantee an arrival date. Delays beyond our control will be handled reasonably with the courier, but do not remove MOJOKOE's responsibilities required by law.
8. Returns, defects, and warranty
Claim conditions, hygiene-related exclusions, and custom products are explained in the Returns & Warranty Policy. That policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under Indonesian law.
9. Use of the site
You must not misuse the site, compromise security, send malicious code, obtain data unlawfully, impersonate another party, or use the service for activities that violate the law or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual property rights
The MOJOKOE name, logo, visual material, text, designs, videos, and brand elements—including Mojokoe MicroGel™—are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Materials must not be copied, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Approved creators may use materials in accordance with Creator Circle guidelines.
11. Shopify and third-party services
This store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes data when you visit or shop to provide its platform and services to MOJOKOE and to you. Because Shopify Network Intelligence is active, this processing may include Enhanced Services that use insights from your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to help personalise experiences, understand interactions with stores and advertising, protect services, and display more relevant marketing.
Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers, which may be located in different countries, to deliver these services. The site also uses third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, reviews, customer support, and affiliate programmes; use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Details of processing, cookie choices, and your rights are explained in the MOJOKOE Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
12. Limits of liability
MOJOKOE is responsible in accordance with its applicable obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted, indirect losses or losses resulting from use contrary to instructions are assessed according to the facts and applicable legal provisions.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in services or law. The latest version and its update date are displayed on this page. Changes do not apply retrospectively to reduce rights that have already arisen from previous orders.
14. Governing law and resolving issues
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If an issue arises, contact Sleep Concierge so that it can first be addressed through discussion. The right to use dispute resolution mechanisms available under the law remains in place.
