MOJOKOE was not inherited. There was no family factory to take over, no large investment on day one. Just two siblings — artists, graphic designers, photographers, and entrepreneurs; four crafts shared between two minds — drawn to one simple thing: the joy of a beautifully made bed.

2005
It began with a hobby.
December 2005 — with a love of fabric and beauty, we began as an Indonesian batik fashion label stocked in high-end department stores. We did the work ourselves, learned along the way, and started from zero.
2006
Finding our calling in linen.
Just a year later, we formed a new division devoted to garment linen — our first step into bedding.
2007
MOJOKOE bedding takes shape.
Our bedding department was formally established: custom-made fashion bedding for wholesale and retail in high-end department stores. Every order was sewn by the same hands that had started it all.
2008
Our first online store — ahead of the trend.
In November 2008, we opened our first online store on Friendster and Multiply, selling custom luxury bedding directly — before e-commerce had become a familiar name in Indonesia.
We never waited for the market to be ready. We started first — and let the quality speak.
2009
Pioneering Tencel™ in Indonesia.
We became the first online seller in Indonesia to introduce Tencel™ — and our portfolio grew beyond 1,000 patterns, reaching customers across Southeast Asia.
2010
“The Details” — our new standard.
Luxury fiberbeds, ultra-plush comforters, fitted toppers, and the innovation of a reversible skirt. This was the year we established the quality standard we call The Details — a philosophy that remains with us today.
2014
Growing with Indonesia.
We joined Instagram and grew into one of Indonesia's leading online bedding names — with the same hands, the same standards, and the same love.
Today
Two decades, and we are just beginning.
More than 20 years since that small workshop: mojokoe.com, patented Mojokoe MicroGel™, Tencel™ 60s–100s, Egyptian Cotton 1000TC — and, in time, a new world of dreams called Mojokoe Kids.
