This policy explains how MOJOKOE collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use mojokoe.com, create an account, shop, contact us, or take part in a MOJOKOE programme.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, email, telephone number, and address.
- Transaction, order, payment, shipping, return, and customer service communication data.
- Account and preference data, including cookie choices and marketing consent.
- Technical data such as your IP address, device, browser, cookies, site interactions, and referral source.
- Creator or affiliate programme data you provide when registering.
How we use data
We process data to fulfil orders and payments, arrange shipping, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal obligations, measure site performance, improve the experience, manage affiliate attribution, and send marketing where you have consented or where permitted by law.
Who receives data
Data may be shared as needed with Shopify as our store platform; Google Analytics for site analytics; Meta through Facebook & Instagram for measurement and marketing; UpPromote for creator or affiliate programme attribution; and payment providers, couriers and logistics aggregators, email, review and customer support providers, and professional advisers. They receive data according to their service functions and are subject to their respective obligations.
MOJOKOE does not provide its customer database to other merchants. However, certain processing for targeted marketing may be defined as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under the laws of certain regions. If these rights apply to you, you can use the available choices through the cookie banner, cookie preference link, or opt-out mechanism provided for your region.
Shopify and Network Intelligence
This store is hosted by Shopify. When you visit or shop, Shopify collects and processes data to provide its platform and services to MOJOKOE and to you. Shopify Network Intelligence is currently active, allowing Shopify to use data about your interactions with this store together with interaction data from other merchants and Shopify services to generate insights that support Enhanced Services. These include personalising experiences, understanding interactions with stores and advertising, protecting services, and providing more relevant marketing. Other merchants do not gain access to MOJOKOE's customer database.
Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers, which may be located in different countries, to deliver these services. Payments
Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. MOJOKOE does not receive your full card number from that provider. The payment provider's privacy policy also applies to its processing.
Marketing and newsletters
You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop important transactional emails such as order, payment, or shipping confirmations.
Cookies and similar technologies
We group cookies into essential, personalisation, analytics, and marketing categories. Essential cookies are needed for security and functions such as the cart, account, and checkout. Google Analytics helps us understand site use; Meta helps measure campaigns and display relevant marketing; UpPromote may use attribution cookies for up to 30 days for the creator or affiliate programme.
For visitors in regions where a privacy banner is displayed, non-essential cookies managed through Shopify's privacy integrations are used according to your choices. You can accept, reject, or select categories, then update or withdraw your choices at any time through cookie settings. Storage and transfers
Data is stored for as long as needed for the purposes above, tax or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and prevention of misuse. As Shopify and some service providers operate globally, data may be processed outside Indonesia with the safeguards required by law and the relevant service agreements.

Security and children
