Gentle care helps preserve the feel, colour, and construction of your bedding.
Before the first wash
Always follow the product’s care label, as composition and construction may vary. Separate dark and light colours, close zips, and avoid washing with items that have hooks or rough surfaces.
Tencel™ 60s, 80s, and 100s
Wash in cold water up to 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use an appropriate amount of mild liquid detergent; avoid bleach, prolonged soaking, and excessive fabric softener. Air-dry in the shade, or tumble-dry on low if the label allows; iron on low from the reverse side if needed.
Egyptian Cotton
Wash separately for the first wash, using cold or warm water as the label directs, a gentle cycle, and mild detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach and high heat. Cotton may feel more supple after several washes with proper care.
Bamboo Waterproof Protector
Machine-wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, dry cleaning, ironing, and high heat, which can damage the waterproof layer. Air-dry, or use the lowest dryer heat setting if the label allows, and make sure it is completely dry before fitting it.
Mojokoe MicroGel™ pillows, bolsters, toppers, and inner duvets
Use a cover or protector to reduce how often the main product needs washing. Air it out and gently pat it regularly to redistribute the filling. If the label allows machine washing, use a machine with adequate capacity and a gentle cycle, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely through to the centre before use.
Storage
Store clean, completely dry bedding in a ventilated space. Avoid long-term compression, airtight plastic that traps moisture, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
